How Tight Should I Pack Dosing Capsules?

You should fill the capsule to the top and then add two extra tiny pinches. Gently pressing down until the capsules are moderately packed is also recommended. 

How Do You Clean Dosing Capsules?

First, open the capsules and remove old dry herbs using a brush or wipe. Suppose you are unable or do not want to open them. In that case, you can clean whole capsules by dumping them and rinsing with warm water or soaking them in isopropyl alcohol.
